With 45 days to go for the Mysuru Dasara Jamboo Savari procession, the second stage of training began for Dasara elephants on Sunday. Officials of the Forest Department started training three male elephants to carry the weight equivalent to the 750-kg golden howdah for the Vijayadashami procession.
